We stand behind our product. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for a full product refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Eligibility
To initiate a return, email us at customerservice@trysuji.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without approval will not be accepted. Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get your desired item is to return the product you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a new purchase for the replacement item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be processed on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Warranty Replacements
Your Suji device is backed by a one-year warranty from the date of delivery. If it stops working due to a manufacturing defect within that time, we’ll replace it at no cost. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, product tampering, or unauthorized repairs.
